Motus is a leading human performance software company based on the sports markets most comprehensive database of athletic motion and our proprietary physics engine. Since our inception, the mission has been to develop technology to help athletes maximize their level of performance and reduce their risk of injury by providing usable feedback and corrective programs derived from complex biomechanical analyses. Our software platform provides a comprehensive toolset including analytics and visualization for coaches, trainers, physicians, and athletes to analyze data collected from a suite of sources including high-end optical motion capture, wearable devices, and interactive platforms. Movement is a critical part of an athlete's performance and pivotal when trying to remain healthy and in the game; we strive to help them master their most important asset - their body. The motus performance lab sits on the campus of IMG Academy, the world's premier sports training facility, and has provided us access to elite professional and developmental athletes and coaches across a wide variety of sports, but Motus strives to work on any avenue to deliver biomechanical feedback outside the walls of our lab. We have also developed strong partnerships with world-renowned clinical research groups such as the American Sports Medicine Institute (ASMI), various professional sports teams including MLB's Baltimore Orioles and NBA's Boston Celtics, and technology firms such as Microsoft™.
