MOTTIV is an app with training plans designed to help real people train to take on running races, triathlons, cycling events, swimruns, and duathlons. We provide the endurance training, strength and mobility workouts, workout nutrition, and motivation required to get to your start line feeling confident and across your finish line feeling strong. We believe that everyone has the right to challenge themselves and see what they're capable of taking on.
