MOTIV architects Information

MOTIV Architects Inc. is Tracey Mactavish and Asher DeGroot; friends and colleagues for many years. They founded MOTIV with a common passion that considered architecture and design can have the power to transform lives and re-invigorate our most basic connections to community. We are a full-service design firm while also providing assistance to community groups and non-profits in the early organization of projects – including pre-project planning and large scale stakeholder engagement facilitation. We work with clients on a wide range of projects, at many scales: public buildings, community spaces, residential of all scales, commercial fit-outs, agricultural site planning and building design, interior design, and graphic design, for new construction and renovations.
