Moscow City Investment Agency was founded in 2011 in order to promote investment advantages, opportunities, and capacities of Moscow as an acknowledged financial center. The main goal of Moscow City Investment Agency is to improve the investment and business climate in Moscow by stimulating investment process, introducing new forms of Public Private Partnership (PPP) and cooperation between city and private investors both foreign and Russian. Activities of the Agency also include development of the investment process models and efficient interaction of society, authorities and business. Moscow City Investment Agency is a full cycle organization, performing financial, legal and organizational functions connected with the investment projects’ implementation. It plays the role of project coordinator, facilitates interaction between investment process participants and city authorities. It conducts investment projects of Moscow City Administration.
