Mosaic Capital, with offices in Mumbai and Bangalore, is a young and growing boutique investment bank with a focus on M&A and Private Equity syndication. Mosaic Capital was founded in October 2002 by Vinay Shah, Ashutosh Ghanekar and Vikram Bihani. Collectively the founders have 4 decades of experience and have completed transactions worth over USD 1 billion, including some of India's most notable deals. The founders have worked with some of India's leading corporate finance houses. Mosaic Capital has closed a number of transactions in the last 12 months. Transactions have been in the mid market segment, are across sectorsand are a mix of acquisitions, JVs, private equity syndication and pre IPO funding.
