A partir du 1er janvier 2023, la Mestdagh SA et ses 86 magasins font partie du Groupe Intermarché. Intermarché est une enseigne du Groupement Les Mousquetaires, fondé en 1969 et acteur majeur en Europe. L’acquisition par Intermarché donne une nouvelle perspective d’avenir : le nouvel ensemble compte désormais 163 magasins et plus de 225.000m2 de surface commerciale.
