Currently projects include: Influential change and leadership programs in the UK, transforming executive teams in Singapore, designing and implementing values programs throughout one of Australia's leading universities, mediating and resolving significant and long lasting conflict in private businesses and advising several large family businesses on transformation and succession. Morphthink is closely aligned with Thinking Partners in the UK and Philip is currently co-writing a book on change and transformation with the lead partners in Thinking Partners.
