Morley Capital Management was founded in 1982, our first discretionary account opened in February 1984. Since then, we have focused almost exclusively on managing capital preservation assets for our institutional clients. As of December 31, 2018, we manage over $17 billion in assets. We are a leader in advising stable value and fixed income collective investment trusts (CITs); our stable value CITs are available direct to plan sponsors as well as on over 30 platforms. We also customize portfolios for plan sponsors with large balances looking for tailored solutions.
