Mori Sushi Originating in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Mori Sushi is a sushi fusion concept that has come to dominate the industry in Egypt. Opening in Zamalek in 2007, the company now consists of 12 branches across Cairo, Gouna, and Alexandria, with is opening in Dubai, UAE in 2016. Tamara Lebanese Bistro Tamara was established in 2012 to fulfill a desire for authentic Lebanese cuisine. Joining Mori Co in 2014 MINCE allowed an expansion to six restaurants throughout Cairo and Alexandria with six additional new branches opening in 2016.
