The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children® (NCMEC) leads the fight to protect children by creating vital services for them and the people who keep them safe. Every child deserves a safe childhood.
Since 1984, NCMEC has served as the national clearinghouse and resource center for families, victims, private organizations, law enforcement and the public on issues relating to missing and sexually exploited children.
Founded in 1967, CMEC is a collective voice of Canada’s ministers of education. It provides leadership in education at the pan-Canadian and international levels and contributes to the exercise of the exclusive jurisdiction of provinces and territories over education.
