MORGAN ENGINEERING: Residential & Commercial Sites Division is a one-call solutions provider with a proven track record of complete planning and design for residential subdivisions and commercial site developments. Morgan experts provide services that include title surveys, residential surveys, and boundary surveys. CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT DIVISION includes our work in construction and building surveying, and is the early work to guide our clients in their construction of new structures such as roads or buildings.
