Prior to establishing Moretto Group in Victoria, Managing Director Frank Moretto was a carpet cleaner for Myer retail. His significant skills in managing diverse and complex facility service contracts ensures that Moretto Group's customers are satisfied with the service provided for the long term. Frank takes pride in the value for money, consistent quality, environmental solutions and the timely service that Moretto Group provides. He believes that the key to success is in his staff and developing a close and strong working relationship with all Moretto Group customers. The Managing Director of Moretto Group is supported by a dedicated and experienced management team which oversees the daily functions of the business. Moretto Group operates on a structured organisation chart with clear lines of authority and accountability. Our entire management team takes a 'hands on' approach with all cleaning contracts whilst open lines of communication promote feedback and continuous improvement. As our management team has a combined knowledge of over 100 years' experience in the cleaning industry, we invest heavily in staff training and ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System. Our commitment towards a superior service is also demonstrated by aligning our work practices to the requirements of ISO 14001 Environmental Management and AS 4801 OH&S Management.
