Founded in 1997, Exact Manufacturing Inc. is a high precision screw machine job shop, that is located in the industrial park of Woodville, Wisconsin. Directly off Interstate I -94, in the west central part of the state, Exact Manufacturing is only thirty miles from the Twin Cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis Minnesota. The close proximity to the Twin Cities offers several advantages to the customer. The first of these being the access to raw materials and services. With a location of only one half an hour away, many of the suppliers will offer free delivery and pick up. This is a cost savings that is then passed on to you the customer. In addition to the lower shipping costs being located in a rural small town we are able to maintain lower overhead costs, that are again passed on to you. These two factors will allow Exact Manufacturing to offer very competitive price and delivery on quoted products. Exact Manufacturing will offer free same day quoting on most screw machine products, in the quantities of one to one million or more. At Exact Manufacturing we are grateful for the opportunity to quote all jobs, but due to the types of machines that we use, our best pricing breaks do not start until the 100 piece or larger lots. Over the past five years, ExactManufacturing has established a large and diverse customer base. Our customer base includes hydraulics components, electronics, plastic injected molding firms, sporting goods producers and the metal stamping industries. To satisfy the needs of our customers we have office hours of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and operate three production shifts. The first two run back-to-back Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The third shift employees work a twelve-hour day, Friday through Sunday. During the busy times, employees will work over-time to keep the shop open twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
