As a manager, I led the UX conversations to document problems to solve and assign work. As a contributor, I worked collaboratively on user research, mock-ups, prototypes, design system implementation, and engineering hand-off. • While at an agency, I had a client-facing leadership role with enterprise clients including IBM, General Mills, Johnson Controls, Microsoft, Redhat, Verizon, VMware, and F5 Networks.
