MooringSpot Information

MooringSpot is a website where people can find berths in the Mediterranean to have a home port, all-too-often difficult to find in popular yachting destinations. It is a logical, simple and « low-cost » solution to access up-to-date information as well as to broker and to negotiate, the right to occupy a berth over a number of years. Where MooringSpot defers from other “berth websites” is that we are not brokers. We literally “spot” moorings so you can access the relevant information to advertise and relay it accurately to your Clients. Only people who really have rights on berths (or their clearly appointed agents) can advertise on MooringSpot. We verify the veracity of the advertisements published as well as the identity of advertisers, so that you can have the most direct access to the Vendors or the Buyers. When you list a berth on MooringSpot.com, you only need to give: - Your berth number - Your name and contact details - Your price - Your sales pitch - 1 or 2 photos of the berth The website is built on an extensive database which gathers elaborate data on all the berths in each port (thanks to the collaboration of the port authorities concerned). Consequently, all the details of each specific berth can automatically be shown in your advertisement without you having to fill them in yourself.
