Lasting change is farmer-led. Founded in 1989, Trees for the Future (TREES) partners with farmers across Africa to restore degraded land, strengthen livelihoods, and build thriving rural enterprises. Through farmer-led, science-backed regenerative agroforestry, farmers establish diverse and productive farms that restore soil, increase food security, strengthen biodiversity, build climate resilience, and create new opportunities for income and businesses. TREES also works with farmers, communities, governments, and institutional partners to scale landscape restoration and develop high-integrity carbon projects that deliver measurable Climate, Community, and Biodiversity (CCB) benefits. Our carbon work is designed in alignment with Verra standards, including planned CCB and Abacus labels. Together, TREES and partner farmers have restored more than 100,000 acres of land and improved access to food for more than 475,000 people. Recognized as a UN World Restoration Flagship, TREES is home to one of the world’s most promising large-scale ecosystem restoration efforts and is helping demonstrate what becomes possible when farmers, nature, and enterprise thrive together.

We’re a unified force for nature, grounded in science and culture. We work to heal and protect the bush, now and for future generations. Bush Heritage Australia is a leading not-for-profit conservation organisation that protects ecosystems and wildlife across the continent. We use the best science, conservation and right-way knowledge to deliver landscape-scale impact. We’re on the ground, working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the agricultural sector to make sure our impact is deep, sustainable and collaborative.

We are the environmental not-for-profit that thinks bigger than the environment. We started conserving and restoring Australia’s landscapes in 1982 and we haven’t stopped since. At Greening Australia, we work on major programs that bring life to landscapes and restore balance to the natural environment in significant areas across Australia. Our hundreds of projects demonstrate conservation on a massive scale, covering millions of hectares of land and protecting thousands of native species. From the warm waters of the Great Barrier Reef to the cool island ark of Tasmania, we’re thinking big to tackle the challenges facing Australia’s unique and diverse landscapes in ways that work for communities, economies and nature.
