We started in 1989, when two friends in Brisbane couldn't find a spot keep the conversation going - so they created one. The Coffee Club has been part of people's everyday moments ever since. From that quick double shot while the baby sleeps, to a milkshake after a bad haircut, or the airport coffee that makes goodbye just a little easier - we're here for all of it. We're the sweet treat with Nan, the hot chocolate after exams, the familar catch up spot with friends you've known forever. Whether you've got time for a long story or just need a minute to breathe, you're always welcome.

Little Collins offers a seasonal menu of Breakfast Soups, Salads, and Sandwiches with daily specials we have something for everyone. We can also offer catering serving a seasonal catering menu for businesses in the area. Little Collins is set in an award winning space named Melbourne Design Award, for INTERIOR DESIGN in the category of Hospitality. Little Collins wants to be an escape for workers, to get away from the daily grind, if only for a few minutes at a time and has fast become the heart of the neighbourhood. Our hours are Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm then join us on fridays from 7am - 6pm for 'Friday Knock-off's' from 3pm onwards, serving gourmet bar food and an extensive drinks menu.
