Moore Construction was formed by Mr. Paul Moore in his hometown of Clarksville, TN in 1965. He started what is now one of the leading utility contractors in Middle Tennessee with only a used truck, a trailer, a worn-out backhoe, and a relentless dedication to superior-quality work. Still a family-owned business, three generations of Moores have helmed the business in its fifty years of operation. Paul Moore acts as Director, his son Johnny Moore is President and Paul Moore's grandson, Ronnie, serves as Vice President and started Division II sewer rehabilitation and service operations in YEAR. Johnny Moore joined the family business right out of high school, and Ronnie joined full time after graduating from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN with BS degrees in Mathematics and Business. Through the years Moore Construction Company has performed every type of pipe installation from multi-million dollar, large diameter projects to small, local jobs. The company has grown from just a crew with Mr. Moore acting as estimator, foreman, and operator to operating at over 75 employees with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Although Moore Construction has grown, the company continues to focus each day on the values Mr. Moore instilled in the business in 1965: superior-quality work, personalized service, and maximizing client investment.
