We use and develop games for transformational purposes in organizations. Using a ludic approach on topics like innovation, transformation and company culture we open up teams to a playfulness, which is the basis for unlocking the potential in innovation practices. In game sprints we also co-create games, which are fully adapted on the needs and the individual situation of the organization.
