Moonbase Design Information

Moonbase provides a collaborative web based application to manage and facilitate the organization of project tracking for the purposes of submitting a SR&ED claim. As a bonus, for software developers, the system can be anchored to source control software (such as "Perforce" or "Subversion") to make project logging as easy as possible. Together with a strong corporate SR&ED policy, the system makes SR&ED reporting a by-product of everyday workflow. Powerful data management interfaces allow managers to monitor and examine logs, and create the reports which link individual employees to hours logged in SR&ED eligible activity. "Moonbase was instrumental in our filing of SR&ED claims at United Front Games. I don't think the filing process could be streamlined any better or done with less disruption than the way Moonbase sets it up and goes about it. In addition to the SR&ED work, Moonbase developed several intranet features for us, including a Calendar system, a vacation tracking system and most importantly, a language translation system to manage the many languages the games are localized into. All of these systems worked well and helped us in making our games."
