Montnets Technology was founded in 2001 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2015 (Stock Code: 002123.SZ). We have over 35 offices in major cities across China, and have established subsidiaries in countries such as Indonesia, Australia, Singapore, and Nigeria, with more than 1,500 employees worldwide. Montnets International , established in 2021, is a subsidiary of Montnets Technology. Since its inception, Montnets International has focused on global cloud communication services, dedicated to providing enterprise customers with one-stop international communication solutions. We empowers Chinese enterprises to go global along the Belt and Road, while also helping international enterprises enter the Chinese market. The company has built an international cloud communication platform that enables fast outreach to and connection with overseas consumers, and has developed international communication capabilities to deliver omnichannel services to overseas carriers. In 2024, the company received an expanded service license from the Hong Kong Communications Authority Office (OFCA) and was officially granted Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) service qualifications, allowing it to operate international value-added network services and MVNO services. Montnets International’s core products include A2P SMS, VoIP, Global Roaming Solutions, eSIM, RCS (5G Messaging), IoT, SMSC, and Software Development. These are widely used in cross-border business scenarios such as cross-border e-commerce, overseas gaming, online social platforms, logistics, and financial services.
