Monte Concolor Information

Monte Concolor is a conservation and regeneration project located in Zapotal de Alajuela in the cloud forest of Costa Rica. We are integrating syntropic agroforestry, permaculture, holistic livestock management, and other regenerative practices to cultivate an abundance of organic food and pastured meat, while improving soil health and reforesting the land. We are located on the migratory route of the resplendent quetzal and positioned between two nature reserves. Our farm acts as a vital bridge for flora and fauna, and as such, we are dedicated to protecting wildlife, while reforesting and regenerating the land.
