The Montana Learning Center at Canyon Ferry Lake (MLC) provides and promotes quality immersion experiences for all in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) in a unique lakeside environment. A 501 (c)(3), MLC operates out of 15 buildings located on a 10-acre campus on the shore of Canyon Ferry Lake (18 miles from Helena. MLC creates and implements STEM programs for students and adults (especially teachers) while also hosting actives of other organizations with an educational focus. There are overnight accommodations for up to 70 people including a dining hall, classroom building and technology building. Of course, recreation and water sports are also important ingredients in the MLC experience.
