Montana Ale Works is a local award winning restaurant and bar serving locally sourced, sustainable beer, spirits, and cuisine. Founded on the concept that work and play are not mutually exclusive, you will find an army of hospitality professionals that may be slaying fresh turns in the powder or catching big fish on the river but will bring that passion to work with them and provide a memorable guest experience. We care for each other We strive to hire and train only individuals who are committed to becoming the best versions of themselves in everything they do. We then communicate with a solution-oriented mindset. We support one another, are accountable to each other, and work together as a team in all things. 2. We care for our guests We go the extra mile to satisfy and exceed guest expectations. We care for our community Since 2000, Ale Works has been dedicated to helping local non-profits raise funds for worthy causes in numerous ways, in-house and out. We also partner with an expanding array of local farmers, ranchers, brewers, distillers and small businesses of all kinds to source menu ingredients, and give back to our community in creative, collaborative ways.
