Founded in 2003, MonsterGecko, LLC designs, manufactures and markets high quality performance gaming accessories for PC and console game systems. MonsterGecko is privately held and headquartered in Palo Alto, California. MonsterGecko’s origin began in the summer of 2003 when co-founder Jeff Ma was looking for a high-performance, ergonomic controller for 3D gaming. As a hobby machinist, Jeff began working on building some prototype ideas for improved controllers. Jeff demonstrated some of the conceptual designs to Ain McKendrick with whom he’d collaborated on projects at previous companies. Many hours of “product testing” later, the two decided they had an answer to some of the existing shortcomings present in current PC gaming controllers and decided to bring some new product concepts to the gaming market. With the added expertise of Bob Yuan in mechanical design and Jerry Baca for Manufacturing, MonsterGecko’s initial product - the patent pending PistolMouse FPS - is just the beginning of a new line of targeted high-performance gaming controllers designed by the company. We’re avid gamers too, so we hope you have as much fun using our products as we’ve had designing and building them.
