We take on targeted projects in software development across the spectrum - design and concept validation, software architecture, coding, project and team leadership and fractional CTO roles. Coding expertise includes creating software for IOT / embedded devices, application software (Java, C++, C#) and mobile applications (Xcode, Flutter) as well as hosted server functionality exposing APIs to handle the interaction with all of these clients. As fractional CTO, we help senior executives assess what they have in their software development teams and identify the changes (both tactical and strategic) needed to achieve results in line with the company's vision. We identify explicit actions and actively assist in carrying out those actions to assure the desired outcome.
