Mónica Taher Information

Mónica is proficient in English, Spanish and Portuguese and is a thought leader in the world of entrepreneurship. She was selected by Google to be part of the Accelerate with Google Academy. Mónica is also the CEO & Founder of ClipYap, a soon-to-be launched app that allows users to have lively conversations using movie and TV shows' lines and actions in the form of motioned GIFs seamlessly put together. She holds a Master's degree in Cinema & Media Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Mónica is also a Komarov Fashion Line "influencer. She is also an active member of the American Jewish Committee (AJC) Latin American Task Force and is the LA City Director for Lesbians Who Tech. Mónica has recently authored the forthcoming memoir My Life on Hold and lives with her daughter Sasha in Los Angeles, California.
