Monica's real estate experience began in 2008, as a Sales Assistant at ParkLane Homes, a division of WesGroup. In this role, Monica managed all legal documents in sales of house proceedings, initiated sales calls, qualified prospects, and organized open house tours. The foundation of Monica's extensive real estate research and market knowledge was developed from this role. Monica's following position at Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc. expanded her real estate expertise where she led all aspects of commercial real estate sales, strategic planning, and marketing from the initial stages to the completion of each real estate transaction. Monica engaged in strategically positioning projects by interacting with investors, developers, and municipal departments. Monica's contributions were the foundation to her team exceeding quarterly and annual objectives. Today, Monica has chosen to work with Canada's #1 Real Estate Broker, Sutton WestCoast Realty. She specializes in providing focused solutions to buyers and sellers where her in-depth knowledge and professional guidance provide measurable benefits every step of the way. Additionally, Monica brings years of marketing experience, client relations and knowledge in development properties and municipal processes. Monica graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts in pre-law. She successfully completed her degree placing on the Dean's Honour Roll. Monica is currently studying for her Master's degree through Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University. Monica is a former member of Toastmasters International, a world leader in communication and leadership development.
