Mongrel Boots is a fifth-generation, family-owned Australian bootmaker with a history stretching back to 1930. Our story began when Stanley Cloros, a determined young migrant from the Greek island of Kastellorizo, established the Victor Boot Company in Sydney. From crafting boots by hand for local working men to producing thousands of pairs each week, our family has continued to adapt, innovate and strengthen the foundations laid before us. Today, Mongrel Boots remains Australian owned and continues to manufacture boots at our factory in Western Sydney. We combine generations of bootmaking knowledge with quality materials and modern manufacturing technology to create comfortable, hardworking footwear for Australians. Determined. Resourceful.
