Established in 2006. Mommy Moves fitness is a complete family fitness program. We provide Mommy Moves stroller classes, Extreme Mommy Boot Camp, Run WIth The Girls Running Programs, personal and small group training, nutritional counseling, seminars for all groups and so much more. Each of our classes are developed with the MOM and FAMILY in mind. All levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged. Moms Group and Playdate Group discounts!! We can create private classes just for your group! Mommy Moves began after I had my first child. These classes began with 2 stroller classes in the park with a private group and grew into a complete family based fitness business. Mommy Moves takes the needs of moms and will develop classes and programs for any group! Stroller classes developed into running groups and boot camps, which developed into seminars for new moms, seasoned moms, moms to be and families! Personal and small group training boomed to help get moms back to their pre baby bodies without the stress of a gym. Our relaxed and comforting attitude will help you focus on you and your children and not feel overwhelmed and nervous.
