Momentum Trust is a Danish Development organization committed to make partnerships with farmer families in Africa for them to be food secure and self-sustaining. We believe that the best way to make a long term impact is to create powerful business relationships with farmers built on trust and commitment. From 2017 we changed our strategy to move into superfood growing. Crops with high nutrition and high market potential. Among these we grow chia and moringa seeds. Currently Momentum is operating in Siaya and Kisumu in West Kenya. Momentum works with more than 700 small scale farmers. Key areas are - Agronomy training to farmer groups (10-20 individuals in one groups)- Access to quality seeds and fertilizers on loan basis- Market accessAnd a big number of passionate hard working individuals
