Mokhus LLC is a privately held investment and consulting firm with a focus on asset-based investments. Our specialty is real estate, and we work across a number of asset classes, including financial assets secured by real estate. Our focus areas include the residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, recreational and land sectors. Our approach is to find special situations where we can uncover opportunities for value investment, often through restructuring and recapitalization.
