The Mokaflor roasting company was founded in the 1950s by Vasco Bernini in the heart of Florence, behind Piazza della Signoria. From a small shop, the company has evolved and expanded to being today in the third generation of the Bernini family. Since 70 years, experience and tradition are the elements that guarantee our high standard of quality, thanks to the continuity in the selection of the best coffee beans from all over the world. We roast each coffee individually before blending, in order to reach the perfect roast profile for each variety! Since 2009 our Espresso Academy teaches experts and lovers everything about coffee: from green bean selection to roasting, tasting, brewing, barista, latte art methods, espresso machine maintenance and coffee bar management.
