Mojave Aviation LLC Information

Mojave Aviation LLC is a collaborative partnership between a variety of aviation professionals. The business was formed in February of 2008, but it's genesis began long before that. Richard Coe started flying when he was 16 and had earned his PPL as soon as he turned 17. Shortly after, he joined the Air Force and eventually flew the F-16 for a number of years before separating from the service as a Major in April of 2008. During his last 2 years in the military, Richard started making plans for life after the Air Force. He earned his MBA from the University of Maryland and started Monarch Sky Flying Club as part of his Master's thesis. In just a couple of years, Monarch grew from 1 airplane and 5 Members to 8 airplanes and over 70 Members. Richard quickly learned that stellar customer service and competitive pricing was a recipe for success. To grow in this competitive industry, Richard knew that costs had to be kept to a minimum. As such, he pioneered a new type of Tiered pricing model with automatic dispatching and billing. The result was a hassle-free, virtually autonomous flying experience that has led to Monarch Sky Flying Club becoming the premier destination for general aviation rental and instruction in the Las Vegas valley. Richard's experience running the Flying Club taught him the importance of exceptional and timely maintenance. He contracted with a variety of maintenance providers before concluding that no one in the local area offered the combination of expertise, excellence, and organization that he needed for the Club. Eventually, he concluded that the only way to ensure maintenance is done right is to do it yourself.
