From start to finish, Mohs Homes manages the construction process of the new home for our clients. We work one-on-one with our clients in the design phase to determine their needs and desires of their homes. After the design is complete, Mohs Homes provides a detailed project cost and negotiate with subcontractors to ensure that homeowner is ensured competitive bids. Mohs Homes will assist the owner throughout the construction, continuing to update on the progress and completion of several phases of the home, and ultimately the final completion.
