Moelis Australia is an ASX-listed financial services firm operating in asset management, corporate advisory and equities. The firm was founded in 2009 as a joint venture with NYSE-listed Moelis & Company, a leading global independent investment bank, and five founders who remain part of the company today. Today, Moelis Australia’s corporate advisory business provides advice and equity capital market services, completing over $100 billion worth of transactions since 2009. Asset management originates and manages investment opportunities for wholesale and institutional investors in real estate, credit, private equity and venture capital and has more than $3.7 billion of assets under management.
