Moduulize designs, manufactures and delivers modular buildings for growing, living and working. We started in 2016 in the Hudson Valley, New York, retrofitting shipping containers into controlled-environment growing rooms. A decade on, we operate as a modular construction company with two specialist brands serving very different markets: Box4Grow: Cultivation Infrastructure. Turnkey container grow rooms, expandable panel systems and precision drying and curing rooms for licensed cannabis cultivators and controlled-environment growers. Container rooms from as little as 8 weeks; larger panel facilities in around 12 weeks. Box2Live: Rapid Housing Solutions. Two-storey modular accommodation and community-scale housing villages for government agencies, NGOs and emergency-response teams. Deployed in days, not months. Both brands run on the same foundation: standardised modules, controlled off-site fabrication, pre-integrated services, and nationwide delivery across the United States.
