Steve Butler and Paul Cesmat have made Construction their careers. Paul Cesmat had a Grandfather who was a builder so Paul took interest at a young age. Steve got involved in Construction at a very young age. They both grew up in West Seattle where they went to school together from first grade and have formed a bond that has led to a respected successful company. For over Thirty years Omni Construction has developed a full service company with experienced craftsmen and professional service. They have built relationships with their satisfied customers and are committed to delivering a high level of quality into every project. Omni Construction are members of The Master Builders Association and have an outstanding and reputable history. Omni Construction has built well over One Hundred homes in the West Seattle area and also provide home renovation services with the same attention to detail that is present in our custom houses.

Merit was established on January 16, 1996 in Istanbul. Company is a construction company with a 27-year history, mainly engaged in construction contracts and real estate development projects. It was founded by Civil Engineer Metin Yorulmaz and Civil Engineer Mehmet Aydemir, a classmate from the university. Merit İnşaat has conducted public construction contracts and sales of construction materials until 2000 and received its first public contract from the rectorate of Istanbul University in the same year. Since 2000, the company has completed many contracting works tendered by Istanbul University and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality as the main contractor. The company started detailed researches to do business abroad in 2019, business visits were made to the Netherlands and Canada and the residential sectors of these countries were examined on-site. As a result of the feasibility studies, it was decided to establish a company in British Columbia, Canada. On 27 February 2020, Merit Construction Ltd. started to operate.
