Coopers Brewery has a long rich history, which spans from its origins in 1862 to the present day. Over 150 years, Coopers has survived economic recessions, wars, government imposts, changing fashions, and a hostile takeover bid. Today, Coopers stands proudly as the sole major brewer 100% owned by Australians, and holds over 5% of the Australian beer market. The brewery produces a range of Ales, Stouts and Lagers. Our ale range is brewed by a method of top fermentation, originating in the Middle Ages. Coopers uses only natural ingredients including malt, hops, sugar, water and a special yeast strain that's over 90 years old. The descendants of Thomas Cooper still run the brewery, and it's an everyday occurrence to meet a Cooper at Regency Park. Successive Coopers have never lost sight of Thomas’ vision of providing value and quality in the form of healthy beer for an appreciative public, and we intend to continue that tradition.

Like most good stories, ours started over a beer. We started Young Henrys in Newtown in 2012, after co-founders Oscar McMahon and Richard Adamson felt that the Australian beer scene should be more adventurous, innovative and fun. With a small brew kit, we set about ensuring no local would every go thirsty again! Since then, we’ve grown to make beer, cider, gin and whisky and serve the people across the country. We stand by our unwavering vision to keep things local, reduce our environmental impact and collaborate with like-minded, passionate and creative people, to help turn up the volume on diverse voices in our community.

4 Pines is a proudly Australian brewery born on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, crafting great-tasting beer with purpose, award winning beer, and good times at its core. We’ve come a long way since we first opened our microbrewery in 2008. Our beers have a lot of local love, but we are now enjoyed nationally. Seventeen 4 Pines venues now span up and down the east coast and you can find us in bottle shop fridges and on tap in pubs across the country. Whilst many things have changed, our vision has always been to ‘Brew Better’ and as each year goes on, we’re learning new ways to grow, considering our people, the planet & our community. That’s why we are a B-Corp certified business, proud ‘1% for the Planet’ member and a certified top 50 ‘Great Places to Work Australia’. Despite cranking out a ton of beer (nearly 400 million pints), quality remains the most important thing to us. We make beers we want to drink and that our mates would be proud of. It’s the reason why we’ve been consistently awarded by punters and our peers. All things considered, what we love the most is to see people come together and enjoy our beer.
