ModulTrade Information

ModulTrade was an early-stage blockchain-based initiative (founded in 2017) focused on smart-contract infrastructure for cross-border B2B trade. The project aimed to design a digital escrow framework enabling SMEs to execute international transactions through programmable trust mechanisms. While the market adoption of crypto-based solutions was still limited at the time, ModulTrade provided valuable insights into: – digital trust architecture – smart contract governance – cross-border transaction design – the relationship between technology and user adoption The experience contributed to a broader understanding of how technology can serve real economic ecosystems when aligned with human trust, usability and institutional frameworks.
