From our creation over a decade ago, we quickly gained a reputation as a go-to team for interim buildings for our customers in schools, hospitals, and commercial companies often whilst their new traditionally constructed facilities were being built. Back then, as a team of just 3 fresh-faced Directors based in a small stuffy office, backed only by a shoe-string budget and a bag of enthusiasm, we provided much needed, but relatively small solutions for quite temporary problems. What wasn’t small or temporary however, was our ambition and commitment to our customers….something we retain to this day. As we reflect on so much change in our short history, what remains constant across our business is that our customer's success always comes first…it’s in our DNA. Our eyes have seen huge transformations in technology and the social landscape, it wasn’t always what it is today. The public perception of modular buildings was that of poor quality, cheap, cold portable cabins and post-war “make do” houses. However, today, technological advances have led us to the best performing buildings in the UK; completely indistinguishable from those built the “old fashioned way. We are an off-site manufacturer and modular contractor based on the banks of the River Humber, from our humble beginnings we’ve grown organically in size to a diverse team of 55 strong with a modest, but efficient manufacturing facility on our 6-acre site, with the same 3 full-time directors and no external shareholders.
