Operating from our manufacturing facilities in Hull, we combine over 40 years of engineering experience with modern offsite manufacturing, specialising in one-piece and sectional GRP bathroom pods manufactured in the UK. Our experienced in-house design and technical teams work with clients from initial concept and specification through to manufacture and delivery, providing solutions tailored to each project. Through our linked businesses, we offer a complete bathroom pod solution. MMC Pods provides steel-framed, concrete and hybrid bathroom pods from our European manufacturing facility, with projects fully managed in the UK. Modular Installations provides specialist UK bathroom pod installation services, completing the package from manufacture and delivery through to installation on site. Together, our businesses provide a comprehensive end-to-end pod solution: DESIGN. MANUFACTURE. DELIVER. INSTALL. We support residential, hotels, student accommodation, healthcare, key-worker accommodation, defence and major infrastructure projects throughout the UK. In 2026, Modular Systems secured a major contract to supply bathroom pods to McLaren Construction for the Sizewell C accommodation campus, supporting one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes. We continue to invest in our Hull manufacturing facilities, people, skills and apprenticeships, while strengthening the standards behind our business, including achieving Cyber Essentials certification.
