Since 1986, Modu Tech has specialized in multi-family apartments operating with our-in house partner Stark Truss Baltimore. We offer a complete and vertically integrated manufacturing and installation process. Our close relationship with the National Framers Council offers constant updates to changing market trends and other new industry-based information that keeps Modu Tech connected with other framers throughout the country while also providing an opportunity for us to share our knowledge back to the community through Webinars and regular meetings.
