Initially formed as a partnership in 1981, Modplan has grown steadily through recommendation and referral, and in 2003, Modplan Building and Refurbishment Contractors Ltd was formed alongside the original partnership company. We have successfully completed hundreds of new build and refurbishment projects of all shapes and sizes, including many local ‘landmark’ buildings, so we are one of the best recognised independent builders in Bedfordshire.
