MODINT Information

MODINT is the Dutch trade association for fashion, interior design, carpets and textiles, an association with a clear mission. Our aim is to strengthen the competitive power of the members and sectors we represent by means of a wide-ranging package of interest promotion and services, with the focus on content and quality. MODINT is active in a great many fields to ensure that its members’ interests are protected. These interests often converge in our active member groups, sections and working groups, which can count on the support of a professional organisation. Most of MODINT’s business services are incorporated into MODINT BV, in which the Consultancy and Credit Management activities play a major role. MODINT Academy BV is our second company offering in company training solutions and open training courses, based on traditional methods and on our e-learning tool Compacity. The MODINT membership totals over 500 companies, active in the production of and trade in clothing, fashion accessories and (interior) textiles. They generate a joint annual turnover of EUR 9 billion in the Netherlands and EUR 2.5 billion on export markets.
