MODestate Information

MODestate offers a full-service broker experience, but have designed our business so that our buyer clients keep 50% of our commission (our sellers only pay a 1.5% listing fee). We know the perception is that real estate agents keep too much of your home equity or are paid too much for the work they do. Our goal is to change that feeling and provide an excellent service for a fair price.
