Habit Nest was born when three friends came together with the idea to create an app the helps people build healthy habits! We launched a Kickstarter with our first product, The Morning Sidekick Journal, and we never looked back! We have 6 different habit-building journals, 4 different fitness journals, and a uniquely designed daily planner! Additionally, we've created follow-up volumes for our best sellers! Everything we create comes with a mix of bite-sized information, strategy, and accountability. We take this a step further by diving into published scientific studies, the opinions of subject-matter experts, and the feedback we get from customers to further enhance all the products we create.
