Modern Container Concepts, LLC Information

Modern Container Concepts is an Arizona based firm whose sole purpose is to upcycle and recycle used shipping containers in to green, innovative concepts. Shipping containers are said to be the strongest modular structures on earth and are made out of the world’s most recycled product, steel. All of our shipping container units are self-contained and insulated with closed cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF). The SPF we use is the only FEMA accepted flood-damage resistant insulation on the market. There are three different shipping container products that Modern Container Concepts currently offers. The first is a 300 square foot temporary living unit. These shipping container houses are typically rented for three to six months and are great for disaster housing situations and remote construction sites. The second product we offer is a shipping container tiny house. Our shipping container tiny houses can be purchased in two different floor plans. The floor plans can be as small as 150 square feet or as large as 300 square feet. Finally, Modern Container Concepts can custom design and build a shipping container office or shipping container house for your specific needs. These products are great for government, non-government organizations, non-profits, military and the construction industry.
