Modena Volley: tradition, passion, innovation. The first Italian title is achieved in 1953 with the name of Minelli Modena: for ten years, three top teams from Modena keep the Scudetto in our city. In 1966 the Gruppo Sportivo Panini is officially born, thanks to the passion of the Panini brothers (Giuseppe and Benito) supported by the mastery of Prof. Franco Anderlini: the legacy has begun. In 2013 the Pedrini era starts: with a deep renovation involving the players and the society, Modena is back again in the top class teams. The Italian Cup in 2015 starts a cycle of trophies that peaks in the long-awaited Italian Championship won in 2016, the year of the 50th anniversary of the club. Modena Volley is the most successful team in Italy, and looks ahead to the future, with the aim to built together with the best fans in the world the next 50 years of Volleyball!
