MILK BAR is a sweet shop that’s been turning familiar treats upside down and on their heads, shaking up the dessert scene since 2008. Founded by James Beard Award-winning pastry chef Christina Tosi, Milk Bar first opened its doors in NYC’s East Village, and has developed a loyal fanbase in the decade since. We operate 12 stores across 5 markets in the US, a direct-to-consumer eCommerce shop that ships delightfully delicious dessert care packages anywhere in the US, and now we're in a grocery store near you! We believe in the transformative power of a really good cookie or an outstanding piece of cake. We pull inspiration from simple ingredients, like the grocery store staples we grew up with, turned on their heads in unconventional ways. We hope you’ll agree.

We grew up drinking milk tea and to this day are still obsessed about it. We started Boba Guys as a way to share the milk tea we remember from our childhood. Only now, it's with the best quality ingredients. No powders. Straus organic milk. Homemade syrup.

Tapioca Express started in Los Angeles, California in August 1998. From the beginning, we wanted to provide only the best drinks and snacks with the finest of ingredients and recipes. With our enthusiasm for providing tea lovers fine tea drinks, we grew at a rapid rate, enabling our Franchise to spread all throughout California into other states, and even countries! Now, our faithful following can taste and enjoy our special drinks in a cozy and welcoming environment from all parts of California, Washington and Nevada! Our tea drinks are professionally created with the art of sight, sound, touch, scent, and most importantly: taste. Our epic mission to satisfy the five senses, with unmatched quality in ingredients, has been pioneered throughout the land. The bottom line is we always figured that putting people and quality before profits made great common sense. So far, it’s been working out for us.
